Open Field Day July 12th, 2008
Howdy, I found your site/field after seeing the American Journal article.  I plan on attending the open field date on the 12th, but i just had a few questions...

Primarly, CO2 fills will be available ? I know the field is not official yet, but im just wondering what services will be available, if any?

I hope this field gets going, as it is nice and close to where i live, i could see myself playing more than the (none) amount i have been .

I just help at the field so any thing I say can be trumped by the field owner but....

Safety is Number ONE.

3 Big Red Chrono's that usage is highly enforced through out the day.
CO2 is a YES and we have been doing HPA fills to 3000 PSI but only for playing players (no fill and drive off).
No paint sales and no rental markers. (once the field is officially open this will change)
There is a Porta Potty on site

As far as what is on the field and how it is structured, I recommend checking out the on-line photo albums.

And as all ways, Donation to help pay for CO2, HPA, Insurance and a multitude of other expenses is Highly encouraged.

Excellent, and yes i agree, safety is important, Ill be there to play, and donate for sure, i would really like to see this woodsball field get going as soon as the town OK's it.

Can paint go bad? i've had 2 cases for about a year and a half, both stored in low humidity constant tempature room for that duration, i picked a bag of them up, seemed ok, but i dont want to use them if they will be to "hard" to break (or dont) or stale or whatever might happen to em, they felt normal when i grabbed a handful, but i've no CO2 to test em with. Sterling is the brand

I guess maybe to be safe i should grab a fresh case, (non monster) and show up, try some of the old ones and see if they work ok.

Yeah, No Monster Balls...(or anything walmart) try Dicks or the Army Barracks for decent paint.

To test the life of your old paint check out this link buy Tom Kay of Air Gun Design. http://www.automags.org/resource/tech/tomstech/04_paint_testing.shtml

Hope to see you there.  I'm hoping to have my whole squad (3 of us).  We have a new 'cocker to break in and the guys have scenerio skills to dust off...been awhile for them.

Thanks Looper, nothing to add here.

Thanks for jumping in while I was away.
