Just went HPA and am unclear, PLEASE HELP

Hey, I just went HPA. I did a lot of research before I purchased a tank, but I am still a little unclear on some things. If you guys could help me out that would be great.
1. Can you fill a 4500 psi tank from a Scuba Tank?
2. If you can, do you need different scuba tanks to fill 3,000psi and 4500psi air tanks?
Anything you can anwser would be helpful

Sure you can fill the 4500 from a scuba tank.

You'll only be able to fill it to 3000psi, not as many shots.

The down side, most 4500 are much smaller.

Thanks, that site was really helpful. If anyone knows where I can get a 4500 psi scuba tank, that would be nice. I cannot find any new ones online. All the one's I found, were cheap, but outdated and would need to be rehydroed in order to use. The only problem is, they were so old that I would be able to get them hydroed. Thanks.
