We're getting OOOHH so close to the town's approval.....

We have a site walk planned on Monday the 16th @ 4:30.

So in preparation for that, I'm asking for some help cleaning this up a little, moving some things, tossing others on June 14th.

See the field calendar for details - but this will be a half-day event  for the cleaning.

The other half will be a private paintball party for those that helped all morning.

Please let me know if you are coming out to help (I need to get a head count for food and drinks) thanks.

The afternoon event (My thoughts right now, let me know if this is cool) will be a non-stop mini scenario game with responds, two teams and a bomb. (Scenario Details)

It should run from 1:00ish to 4:30-5:00 longer if we need it to.

This should be a fun day, start to finish!

If all goes well we'll have a real, honest to God, woodsball field back in southern Maine!!!!!

Thanks for posting, most people have been sending me e-mails with the head count, I'm happy to someone talk on the forums as well.

And thanks for coming out to help, the turn out seems to be good - so that means less work and more time for fun.

For evryone that comes out and helps all morning, I'll be cooking up dogs and burgers, with drinks.

And then we'll have the paintball party (Remember bring your gear and paint!)

Then we'll move onto the real fun stuff - The afternoon will be a mini scenario (see the link from the home page) it will be setup so it will be easy for people get to the setup area when they need supplies or a break. Which will be great, as the game will not have breaks. Responds will be anyware from 5 minutes to 15 minutes.  More on this before we play....

Also as of now, it looks like we'll have the American Journal stopping by in the afternoon to take some photos, and my want to speak to anyone that may be willing.
